Right now I'm watching (and falling in love with) Criterion's blu ray release of Something Wild. I'm approaching the climax and things are getting pretty darn Liotta terrifying, but I've also been surfing the net for the perfect image to sum up my feelings for this weird bird of a movie. And even though I can't seem to find the perfect shot of Jeff Daniels in his Virginia Is For Lovers shirt, I did discover this amazing bit of pop art done by artist Tony Fitzpatrick for the back cover of the film's soundtrack. Fantastic. Think it sums up the flick perfectly.
