Blastr has put together a nice little slide show of cakes too gross or scar to eat.  The above Alien cake just amazes me...I want to eat that Chestburster soooooo bad.  Nom Nom Nom.  Now the below Tauntaun Cake makes me feel uncomfortable.  I'll pass.
