Geeks of Doom just reported that Archia Entertainment will be publishing a new prose novel titled, Conspiracy of the Planet of the Apes which will follow all the off screen events of the original 1968 film. I don't know about you, but that sounds absolutely, frickin' AWEsome! Archia is currently publishing the Planet of the Apes comic book which is decent if not brilliant, but I love that they are living in the canon of the original films. The release date is July 25th and will run 176 pages with illustrations from such artistic geniuses as Jim Steranko, Dave Dorman, Ken Kelly, Tom Scioli, and Joe Jusko.
