This second trailer for The Iceman feels much more like a proper movie. I love Michael Shannon. But as much as I've enjoyed flicks like Take Shelter and Shotgun Stories, I'm still waiting for this brick of a human being to play an iconic genre figure. The more I think about it, the more I want to see him pick up the mantle of Richard Stark's Parker - definitely much more than the upcoming high kicks of Jason Statham. Just look at the trailer below. Tell me you can't imagine this beast marching his way through The Hunter.
