Very curious about Paul Thomas Anderson's latest film, The Master. I find the two trailer we've seen so far to be incredibly stressful to watch. Why is that? The music. The overlaying of dialog. The intensity of squinty Joaquin Phoenix. Is this an epic to rival There Will Be Blood? Feels big and I get this Tree of Life vibe from the proceedings.
