Dork Art: Quick Change

Oh hell yeah.  Brilliant poster art from Ivan Ehlers.  Quick Change is one of my favorite Bill Murray movies and it absolutely does not get the love it deserves.  It's a Kafkan nightmare played out in the goofy streets of late 80s New York City. If you ever run into two men jousting on bicycles stay the hell away.

Trailer : Moonrise Kingdom

The trailer for Wes Anderson's latest, Moonrise Kingdom has finally graced the internet.  Seems like these days people can go either way with Anderson's movies, but you can count me as an ardent supporter.  Rushmore, The Royal Tenenbaums, The Darjeeling Limited, and The Fantastic Mr. Fox all made my Top Ten list for each of their respective years.  I love his oxymoron world of sincere artificiality and this new one looks like it belongs on the shelf with the others.

Dork Art: The Ghost Buster

Oh, man.  This is beautiful.  The artist is Adam Limbert and it was done for Gallery 1988's Bill Murray tribute show, "Please Post Bills."  Just awesome.
