Ever since seeing him in The Adventures of Baron Munchausen, John Neville has been a favorite of mine. He had many solid supporting roles, including in the X-Files, Star Trek the Next Generation, and The Fifth Element.
He was my number one choice to play Allan Quartermain in a League of Extraordinary Gentlemen film (assuming it was going to be a good adaptation...unlike the one that was actually made).
He will be missed.
