DORK ART: 12 New Juan Ortiz Star Trek Prints

Artist Juan Ortiz has completed another batch of badass retro Star Trek prints.  Don't see them for sale yet, but I'm sure Qmx will have them up on their site shortly.  My favorites are Mirror Mirror, Bread and Circuses (not nearly my favorite episode), and For The World Is Hollow & I Have Touched The Sky.  But I gotta say I'm a little disappointed by the Amok Time and Day of the Dove images.  Those are a couple of classics and deserve something a little more punchy.

I'm also going to take this opportunity to unveil my first teaser for Shat Attack 6.  Geez.  I cannot believe its been six years of Shatner Movie Madness.  It's certainly going to be tough to top last year, but I'm gonna do my darndest.  At the very bottom you'll see the latest Shat Attack threat.

Dork Art: More QMX Star Trek Prints

Ooooooooo...more Star Trek prints coming from QMX.  Nice.  I love, love, love the above "And The Children Shall Lead" print even if I'm not the biggest proponent of the actual episode.  If you click on over to StarTrek.com than you can read a pretty nifty interview with artist Juan Ortiz.  The posters themselves will be released this month and will set you back 34.95 for the whole set.  Worth it.

Dork Art: QMX Keep On Trekkin'

QMX has some pretty groovy Star Trek prints up for preorder.  Get all 4 18x36 posters for $34.95--that seems like a no brainer decision to me.  The "Dagger in the Mind" & "City on the Edge of Forever" prints are super nifty but it's the Keep On Trekkin vibe of "The Way To Eden" print that screams Must Buy!
