The Lords of Salem

I kinda love Rob Zombie's The Devil's Rejects.  And I kinda hate Rob Zombie's House of 1000 Corpses.  I love his fanboyish use of genre veterans like Sid Haig, Dee Wallace, Meg Foster, Maria Conchito Alonso, Ken Foree etc, etc.  It's what I'd do if given the talent or the money to make my own film - reach into the actor toy chest and pull out Ken Foree.  Not sure if I'm sold by this trailer or not, but I'll plop down my fifteen bucks come opening night.

Dork Art: Critter

This is just awesome.  Critters has always been one of my favorite 80s kids adventure movies, right up there with Gremlins, The Monster Squad, The Gate, and The Goonies.  But the only only talk of it you hear these days seems to be in the negative hater realm.  I call bunk on that.  I mean, young city slicker Billy Zane!  And I'm guessing artist EspenG would agree with me.  Thank you sir.  Now, I'm just waiting on my blu ray.
