Paris will soon be hosting the First & Ice art show showcasing the fandom insanity surrounding HBO's Game of Thrones. The first preview piece is this gorgeous tribute to Frank Frazetta's Death Dealer by artist Ronan Toulhoat. Like most nerds out there, the Death Dealer is the illustration. That one painting birthed a new obsession in my 13 year old self - an obsession that would take me from Frazetta to Michael Whalen, Bob Eggelton, Les Edwards, Wally Wood, Boris Vallejo, Ken Kelly, etc... And I can only dream that Peter Dinklage's Tyrion be worthy of such a monstrous persona.
